"Was referred to Q Transmission for transmission issues on our Jeep Patriot. Was quoted $2,700 or $5,400 (rebuilt vs. new) for the repair by a shop in Rochester, when if fact Q Transmission was able to make the repair for under $1,000. Quinton thoroughly explained the issues, answered all questions, and gave me time to decide if the repair was something we wanted to do due the cost; no pushiness whatsoever. He completed the repair and was able to get the car back to us in the time promised. Would highly recommend Q Transmission!"

"I took my vehicle in because it didn't move. I assumed the transmission was finally destroyed. The guys at Q transmission found the filter fell off and that was all that was wrong. With 212K miles they certainly could have sold me a complete transmission rebuild and no one would have questioned it but these guys showed their integrity and instead of trying to make a bunch of money up front they made a lifetime customer. And a quick turn around! They came highly recommended to me and lived up to it. I will do definitely do the same. Thanks again!"
